Sales Engineer / Sales Executive - Electronics Assembly and Repair Products

Role Overview Best NanoTech is looking for a driven and technically sound Sales Engineer or Sales Executive to lead business development efforts for its Electronics Assembly and Repair Products division. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of hands-on technical knowledge and proven field sales experience, with exposure to industrial or electronic manufacturing environments. You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships and positioning our product solutions across key sectors including EMS, aerospace, and defense. Key Responsibilities - Drive end-to-end sales of electronics assembly and repair products such as soldering materials, cleaning agents, and dispensing solutions - Identify and develop new business opportunities while growing and managing existing customer accounts - Engage with clients across EMS, aerospace, and defense industries to understand their needs and recommend appropriate technical solutions - Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and technical presentations tailored to customer requirements - Coordinate with internal technical teams to facilitate product demonstrations, trials, and solution evaluations - Support customer onboarding and ensure smooth transition from evaluation to adoption - Maintain consistent follow-ups to advance deals through the pipeline and achieve assigned sales targets - Gather and report market intelligence including competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer feedback - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline - 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial or technical sales roles - Prior experience selling electronics manufacturing materials or equipment is strongly preferred - Familiarity with EMS, aerospace, or defense industry environments and workflows - Working knowledge of SMT processes, electronics assembly, rework and repair, solder materials, fume extraction, and dispensing systems - Proficiency in CRM tools, pipeline tracking, proposal writing, and product demonstration techniques - Willingness to travel regularly for client visits and on-site demonstrations Why Join Us Best NanoTech offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of cutting-edge electronics technology and strategic sales, giving you direct exposure to leading players in the EMS, aerospace, and defense sectors. - Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related field - 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial or technical sales - Knowledge of SMT process basics and electronics assembly workflows - Familiarity with solder paste, solder wire, flux, and solder preforms - Experience with SMT rework stations and convection rework systems - Understanding of industrial cleaning solutions for EMS and aerospace applications - Knowledge of manual and robotic dispensing systems including jetting technologies - Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management - Strong proposal preparation and product demonstration skills - Willingness to travel for client meetings and demonstrations - Exposure to EMS, aerospace, or defense industry environments
