Job Description

Role Overview Best NanoTech is seeking an experienced EMS Sales Manager to spearhead capital equipment sales and factory automation solutions across Chennai and Tamil Nadu. This is a field-intensive role that requires close engagement with electronics manufacturing service companies, combining technical knowledge with strong commercial acumen. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SMT line operations and a proven track record of selling to manufacturing clients. Key Responsibilities - Identify, pursue, and develop new EMS client relationships across Chennai and the broader Tamil Nadu region - Sell SMT equipment, electronics assembly solutions, and factory automation systems to target accounts - Conduct regular plant visits to understand manufacturing workflows and production challenges - Engage directly with plant operations, production managers, and engineering teams to assess client needs - Design and present customised technical solutions aimed at improving productivity, yield, and efficiency - Prepare detailed technical proposals and accurate commercial quotations for prospective clients - Lead contract negotiations and drive order finalisation with key decision-makers - Coordinate with internal service and technical teams during equipment installation and commissioning - Maintain strong post-sales relationships and gather customer feedback for continuous improvement - Monitor regional market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities - Consistently achieve assigned revenue targets and regional growth objectives Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electronics or Mechanical discipline - 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in EMS or manufacturing equipment sales - Solid working knowledge of SMT line operations and electronics assembly processes - Familiarity with factory automation systems and testing equipment - Strong proposal preparation and commercial negotiation capabilities - Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil - Prior experience dealing with EMS companies such as Dixon Technologies or SFO Technologies is an added advantage - Exposure to automotive electronics manufacturing will be a plus Why Join Us Best NanoTech offers a dynamic work environment at the forefront of electronics manufacturing solutions in India. Requirements
