Job Description

Role Overview Accenture is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Associate to help clients transition their compliance operations from a reactive model to a proactive, intelligence-driven approach. This role sits within the AML and fraud management space, where you will play a key part in detecting and preventing financial crime using data, technology, and regulatory expertise. You will work as an individual contributor within a structured team environment, contributing to the broader goal of safeguarding financial institutions from money laundering and fraudulent activities. Key Responsibilities - Monitor financial transactions to detect suspicious activity and potential money laundering risks - Support the implementation of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws and compliance programs, including Know Your Customer (KYC) rules - Conduct sanction screening and assist in fraud detection, prevention, and investigation processes - Solve day-to-day compliance problems by referencing established guidelines and precedents - Coordinate with your immediate team and supervisor to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time - Adapt to rotational shift requirements as needed by the business Required Qualifications - Any graduate degree (undergraduate qualification is sufficient; postgraduate is a plus) - 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in AML fraud management - Solid understanding of financial regulations, KYC norms, and anti-money laundering frameworks - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and adapt to dynamic work environments Why Join Us Accenture offers a structured and growth-oriented environment where compliance professionals can sharpen their expertise in financial crime prevention while working with a globally recognized leader in consulting and technology services. Requirements

- 1 to 3 years of experience in AML fraud management - Knowledge of KYC and Anti-Money Laundering regulations - Familiarity with fraud detection, prevention, and investigation processes - Understanding of sanction screening procedures - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Collaborative and adaptable team player - Any graduate degree
