Job Description

Role Overview Accenture is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Analyst to help clients shift their compliance function from a reactive to a proactive model. This role sits at the intersection of intelligent technology and financial crime prevention, leveraging data and talent to build smarter compliance operations. You will work within a focused team, handling KYC screening responsibilities that safeguard organizations from fraud, money laundering, and terrorist financing. Key Responsibilities - Perform customer identity verification by cross-referencing personal information against watchlists, sanctions lists, and other relevant databases - Conduct risk assessment and screening to identify potential compliance threats during customer onboarding and ongoing relationship management - Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory frameworks and internal compliance policies at all times - Manage and escalate alerts related to suspicious activity or flagged customer profiles in a timely manner - Handle data management and reporting tasks, maintaining accurate records of due diligence activities - Carry out customer due diligence and enhanced due diligence processes as required by business and regulatory standards - Collaborate with peers and update supervisors on daily work progress and new assignment outcomes Required Qualifications - Any graduate qualification is acceptable for this role - 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in KYC screening and regulatory compliance - Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective peer and supervisor interaction - Ability to analyze and resolve lower-complexity compliance problems independently - Adaptable and flexible mindset to handle rotational shift requirements and evolving compliance landscapes - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as an individual contributor within a team environment Why Join Us Accenture offers a structured environment where your compliance expertise contributes directly to protecting clients from financial crime while advancing your career within a globally recognized organization. Requirements

- 3 to 5 years of experience in KYC screening and regulatory compliance - Any graduate degree - Proficiency in customer due diligence and enhanced due diligence processes - Familiarity with watchlists, sanctions lists, and risk assessment frameworks - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work well within a team and adapt to changing instructions - Willingness to work in rotational shifts
