Job Description

Role Overview Accenture is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Analyst to help clients shift their compliance operations from a reactive to a proactive model. This role sits within the AML and fraud management space, leveraging intelligent technologies, data, and skilled professionals to build smarter compliance frameworks. You will play a key part in monitoring financial transactions, identifying suspicious activities, and ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities - Analyze and resolve lower-complexity compliance and AML-related problems on a day-to-day basis - Monitor financial transactions and identify suspicious activities to support fraud detection and prevention efforts - Assist in implementing Anti-Money Laundering laws, KYC regulations, and sanction screening protocols - Collaborate with peers and report progress to supervisors while contributing as an individual within a focused team structure - Support compliance transformation initiatives by applying knowledge of financial regulations and AML frameworks - Work across rotational shifts as required by business needs Required Qualifications - Any graduation degree (UG or PG) - 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in AML fraud management - Working knowledge of KYC rules, sanction screening, fraud detection, and financial regulatory compliance - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and collaborate effectively within a team Why Join Us Accenture offers a dynamic work environment where you can grow your expertise in regulatory compliance and contribute to meaningful transformation in the financial services compliance space. Requirements

- 3 to 5 years of experience in AML fraud management - Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering laws and KYC regulations - Familiarity with sanction screening and fraud detection processes - Understanding of financial regulations and compliance programs - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Collaborative mindset with good interpersonal skills - Ability to work in rotational shifts - Any graduate degree
