Role Overview
Amazon is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Product Compliance Associate to join its Local Shops team in Bengaluru. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about e-commerce, customer experience, and cross-functional collaboration. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth delivery and fulfilment operations for sellers and buyers on the Amazon platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor operational performance metrics and coordinate with third-party carriers, customer service, seller support, and product teams to address performance gaps
- Resolve seller-reported fulfilment and delivery issues in a timely and effective manner
- Track and drive seller-impacting operational tickets through to resolution
- Collect and analyse seller feedback and contact data to generate actionable experience improvement suggestions
- Collaborate with product management teams to identify and support development of long-term delivery and fulfilment features
- Work on a schedule that includes Saturday and Sunday with two other days off during the week
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in data-driven business operations
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel
- Familiarity with consumer product compliance processes and regulations is a plus
- Prior experience in regulatory compliance management with government agencies is an added advantage

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in data-driven business operations
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Knowledge of consumer product compliance processes preferred
- Experience in regulatory compliance with government agencies is a plus
- Willingness to work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
