Procure to Pay Operations Senior Analyst

Role Overview The Procure to Pay Operations Senior Analyst will be aligned to Accenture's fastest growing business segment, serving one or more clients across industries. In this role, you will develop exceptional client relationship management skills while working in a dynamic team environment to drive significant and tangible value by impacting bottom line results that support strategic objectives like sustainability, innovation and growth. Key Responsibilities - Manage client relationships and provide first line support for all sourcing enquiries while achieving SLA targets and maintaining control environment - Handle supplier selection, negotiation with suppliers, research and identification of possible vendors, and reporting of lost savings - Validate and approve submitted requisitions and analyze client spending trends to identify cost savings opportunities - Manage and execute the spot buying process for general and low to mid-level spend categories while maintaining quality and service standards - Identify process improvements, cost savings initiatives and efficiency enhancements, document findings and implement approved actions with line manager guidance Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Sourcing or Procurement with CA Inter qualification preferred - Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement operations, supply chain function or Source to Pay services - Strong analytical skills including spend analysis, savings opportunity assessment and vendor management capabilities - Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel with comfort working in US time zones and global operations Why Join Us Become part of Accenture's market leading procurement organization with access to over 4,000 procurement experts globally.
