Process Associate Order To Cash Voice Process

Role Overview Genpact is seeking Process Associates for our Order To Cash Collections management division. This voice-based process role involves managing collections on past due invoices and handling customer disputes through phone and email communication. You will work with global enterprises to resolve billing issues and implement collection strategies while delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities - Manage collections on past due invoices and invalid deductions across allocated portfolios via email and phone calls - Respond to customer queries and disputed invoice inquiries promptly and professionally - Research and analyze disputes and deductions in the ERP system to identify root causes - Coordinate with various internal departments to obtain supporting documents and information required for dispute resolution - Implement collection strategies and identify process improvement opportunities for automation and efficiency gains - Provide daily reporting on individual portfolio status to monitor and track past dues effectively - Resolve issues in a timely manner to expedite case closure and prevent adverse customer impact - Deliver quality customer service by responding to internal and external partner inquiries quickly and authoritatively - Escalate problems to senior staff and management when appropriate Required Qualifications - Postgraduate degree in Finance, MBA or PGDM in Finance preferred - Fresher status with no prior work experience required - Excellent English communication and strong interpersonal skills - Understanding of Order To Cash and collections management processes Why Join Us Join Genpact and work at the cutting edge of AI and digital innovation while driving transformation for leading global enterprises.
