Job Description

Role Overview Accenture in India is hiring a Customer Contact Communications Associate for its Customer Support vertical in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, entry-level voice process role where you will be responsible for handling customer queries, managing escalations, and delivering effective resolutions within defined SLAs. You will work as part of a collaborative team in an omnichannel customer service environment that spans online, in-store, and mobile platforms. Requirements
