Role Overview Accenture is a globally recognized professional services firm with deep expertise in digital transformation, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity. This opportunity is part of the Customer Support vertical, where you will play a key role in delivering seamless omnichannel customer service experiences. You will be responsible for resolving customer queries, managing escalations, and ensuring timely closure of complaints within defined SLA timelines. Requirements
