Order to Cash Process Developer

Role Overview Join Genpact as an Order to Cash Process Developer and take ownership of critical cash application and accounts receivable functions for global enterprises. This role involves managing manual and automated cash receipts, ensuring financial integrity through rigorous auditing, and resolving complex payment discrepancies. Key Responsibilities - Execute cash application and deduction creation for manual, lock box, and EFT receipts within 24 hours of receipt while maintaining accuracy and compliance - Audit automated cash application processes to ensure financial integrity, prevent erroneous discounts, and maintain proper invoice reconciliation - Identify and resolve unidentified cash receipts through research and accurate application to appropriate receivable accounts - Perform collections calls to delinquent customers, negotiate payment plans, and follow up on customer disputes while maintaining professional communication standards - Reconcile orders to match customer books and validate credits or debits for collection or refund processing - Navigate and analyze PowerBi dashboards, SAP and Oracle systems to monitor workload, generate reports, and redistribute tasks as needed - Handle inbound and outbound calling for collections purposes and provide flexible support during peak periods, month-end, and year-end closings Required Qualifications - Bachelor of Commerce degree with relevant cash application and order to cash process experience - Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to interpret customer documentation - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail - Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, and Excel with ability to navigate PowerBi or automated reporting dashboards - Experience in end-to-end order to cash processes including billing, collections, and accounts receivable Why Join Us Genpact is a global leader in digital transformation and AI-powered solutions, offering opportunities to work on innovative projects that impact Fortune 500 companies.
