Order To Cash Senior Associate Cash Applications

Role Overview Genpact is seeking an Order To Cash Senior Associate to manage cash application and deduction processes for a leading global enterprise. This role focuses on ensuring timely and accurate cash application for manual, lock box, and EFT receipts while maintaining financial integrity across the receivables function. You will be responsible for auditing automated cash processes, resolving unidentified cash receipts, and supporting collection efforts. Key Responsibilities - Create and manage cash application and deduction entries for all manual, lock box, and EFT receipts within 24 hours of receipt - Audit automated cash application processes to ensure financial integrity and prevent erroneous cash discounts - Identify and research unidentified cash receipts and apply them to appropriate receivable accounts - Make collection calls to customers regarding delinquent amounts and establish payment plans - Reconcile orders to match customer books and resolve customer disputes and internal discrepancies - Navigate and analyze reports through PowerBi and other automated dashboards - Manage month-end and year-end closing activities and remain flexible during peak periods Required Qualifications - Bachelor of Commerce degree with relevant cash application experience - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in SAP or Oracle Accounts Receivable systems - Knowledge of Excel and PowerBi for reporting and analysis - Strong verbal and written communication abilities Why Join Us Genpact is a leading advanced technology services company driving AI and digital innovation across global enterprises.
