Order to Cash Senior Associate

Role Overview Genpact is seeking a Senior Associate for Order to Cash to join our finance operations team in Gurugram. This role focuses on managing cash applications, deductions, and receivables for global enterprises. You will be responsible for ensuring financial integrity in the order to cash process while handling collections and dispute resolution. Key Responsibilities - Process cash application and deduction creation for manual, lock box, and EFT receipts within 24 hours of receipt - Audit cash application processes to ensure financial integrity and prevent erroneous cash discounts - Identify and research unknown cash receipts for accurate application to appropriate receivables - Make collection calls to customers and provide flexible payment plans based on customer requirements - Reconcile orders to match customer books and resolve customer disputes and questions - Navigate through PowerBI or other automated reports and dashboards for analysis - Remain flexible for overtime during peak periods, month end, and year end closures Required Qualifications - Bachelor of Commerce graduate with relevant cash application experience - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Good experience in Order to Cash end to end processes - Strong analytical and problem solving abilities - Good understanding of SAP, Oracle, and Excel - Ability to navigate automated reports and dashboards Why Join Us Join Genpact, a global technology services company driving innovation through AI and digital transformation. - Bachelor of Commerce degree - 2-5 years of relevant cash application experience - Strong communication skills verbal and written - Excellent analytical skills - Knowledge of Order to Cash processes - Proficiency in SAP or Oracle - Advanced Excel skills - Experience with PowerBI or automated dashboards - Collections and billing experience preferred - Understanding of basic accounting principles
