Order To Cash Specialist

Role Overview Genpact is seeking an Order To Cash Specialist to join our Finance & Accounting team. This role involves managing cash application processes, ensuring financial integrity of receivables, and resolving payment discrepancies. You will work with leading global enterprises to maintain accurate cash flow and customer account reconciliation. Key Responsibilities - Process cash application and deduction creation for manual, lock box, and EFT receipts within 24 hours of receipt - Audit automated cash application processes to ensure financial integrity and prevent erroneous cash discounts - Identify and resolve unidentified cash receipts through research and accurate application to appropriate receivables - Make collection calls to customers, negotiate payment plans, and follow up on delinquent amounts - Reconcile orders to match customer books, validate credits or debits, and resolve internal and customer disputes - Navigate SAP or Oracle Accounts Receivable systems and generate reports using PowerBI or similar dashboards - Support month-end and year-end closing activities with flexibility for peak period workload Required Qualifications - Bachelor of Commerce degree with relevant cash application experience - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, and Excel - Experience with Order to Cash end-to-end processes - Ability to work with PowerBI or other automated reporting and dashboard tools Why Join Us Genpact is a global leader in AI and digital innovation, helping enterprises transform at scale.
