Order to Cash Specialist

Role Overview Cognizant is hiring Order to Cash Specialists for an immediate opening in their Finance and Accounting division. This role involves managing critical finance operations with a focus on cash application, customer master data, and month-end close activities. You will be responsible for maintaining customer accounts and ensuring seamless order to cash processes. Key Responsibilities - Manage and update customer master data in SAP systems - Execute cash and payment application processes - Generate and analyze dunning reports for payment follow-ups - Research and resolve customer account discrepancies through effective communication - Perform reconciliation activities and support month-end close procedures - Update periodic contract pricing information Required Qualifications - 1 to 4 years of experience in Finance and Accounting processes with Order to Cash exposure - Bachelor's degree in Commerce or MBA degree - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Why Join Us Join Cognizant as part of a global technology company with career growth opportunities in financial services. - 1 to 4 years experience in F&A process with Order to Cash exposure - B.Com or M.Com or MBA degree - SAP knowledge preferred - Visual Basic or Macro skills advantageous - Good verbal and written communication - Customer focused attitude - Eye for details - Problem solving skills - Knowledge of AR and invoice billing - Experience with cash applications and O2C billing
