Product Specialist - TrackWise and Generative AI

Role Overview Cognizant is looking for an experienced Product Specialist to join its growing team in Chennai. This role is ideal for a mid-level professional with hands-on expertise in TrackWise configuration, Generative AI, and on-premises TrackWise implementations. You will work in a hybrid model and play a key role in driving product excellence across the Life Sciences Manufacturing and Supply Chain domain. Key Responsibilities - Configure and customise TrackWise Basic Config solutions to meet specific client and business requirements - Apply Generative AI knowledge to build innovative product enhancements that improve user experience and capabilities - Implement, maintain, and optimise TrackWise On-prem systems for performance and reliability - Conduct end-to-end testing and validation of product configurations to ensure quality and regulatory compliance - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and stakeholders to align product features with business goals - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for product-related issues to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction - Ensure seamless integration of COTS products within the LS Mfg and Supply Chain domain - Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation for configurations and processes - Monitor emerging industry trends and participate in product demos and training sessions Required Qualifications - 4 to 7 years of experience in a product specialist or similar technical role - Strong proficiency in TW-Basic Config and TrackWise On-prem implementations - Working knowledge of Generative AI tools and their application in product development - Hands-on experience with COTS product integration in the Life Sciences Manufacturing and Supply Chain space - Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and cross-team communication skills - Certified TrackWise Professional certification is required - Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and adapt to a hybrid work environment Why Join Us Cognizant is a global leader in technology and professional services, offering a dynamic work culture that fosters continuous learning and innovation.
