Role Overview Cognizant is seeking an experienced Order to Cash Subject Matter Expert to join our Finance and Accounting team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time permanent position for professionals with 4-6 years of expertise in F&A processes and Order to Cash operations. The role involves managing critical finance operations and ensuring smooth month-end close activities. Key Responsibilities - Manage and update customer master data and billing information - Execute cash and payment application processes - Generate and analyze dunning reports for collection management - Research and resolve customer account discrepancies through effective communication - Perform reconciliation activities and support month-end close processes - Implement periodic contract pricing updates and maintain accuracy Required Qualifications - Bachelor of Commerce or Master of Commerce or MBA degree - 4-6 years of professional experience in Finance and Accounting with Order to Cash exposure - Strong knowledge of SAP application - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving abilities Why Join Us Join Cognizant and work with a global leader in IT services and consulting.
