Order to Cash Senior Associate and Specialist

Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Order to Cash Senior Associate and Specialist to join our growing finance team in Hyderabad. This role involves managing cash application processes, handling deduction creation, and ensuring financial integrity across accounts receivable. You will work on complex order to cash operations while supporting global enterprises with their financial operations. Key Responsibilities - Process cash application and deduction creation for manual, lock box, and EFT receipts within 24 hours of receipt - Audit automated cash application processes to ensure financial integrity and prevent erroneous cash discounts - Identify and resolve unidentified cash receipts through research and accurate application to receivables - Make collection calls to customers and manage payment negotiations including providing payment plans - Reconcile orders to match customer books and follow up on customer disputes and internal issues - Navigate SAP or Oracle systems and analyze data using Excel and PowerBI dashboards - Remain flexible and available for overtime during peak periods, month end, and year end processes - Provide excellent customer service while interpreting vague customer documentation and solving payment-related problems Required Qualifications - B.Com degree with relevant years of cash application and order to cash experience - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Good understanding of SAP, Oracle, and Excel - Experience navigating PowerBI or similar automated reporting dashboards - Knowledge of B2B collections, billing, and accounts receivable processes Why Join Us Genpact is a leading advanced technology services company driving innovation through AI and digital transformation for global enterprises. - B.Com Graduate with cash application experience - Strong communication skills in verbal and written form - Strong analytical skills - Good experience in Order to Cash end to end processes - Good understanding of SAP, Oracle and Excel - Ability to navigate PowerBI or other automated reports and dashboards - Prior experience in B2B Collections and Billing preferred - Flexible and willing to work overtime during peak periods
