Role Overview Join Genpact as an Order To Cash Process Developer specializing in cash applications and collections. You will manage cash application and deduction processes for manual, lock box, and EFT receipts, ensuring financial integrity while maintaining strict timelines. This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced technology platforms while handling critical receivables operations for global enterprises. Key Responsibilities - Process cash application and deduction creation for all manual, lock box and EFT receipts within 24 hours of receipt - Audit cash application processes to ensure financial integrity and prevent erroneous cash discounts - Identify and resolve unknown cash receipts, ensuring accurate application to appropriate receivables - Make collection calls to customers, negotiate payment plans, and follow up on delinquent amounts - Reconcile orders to match customer books and resolve internal and customer disputes - Navigate PowerBi and other automated reports to analyze payment data and trends - Remain flexible to work overtime during peak periods, month end, and year end closings Required Qualifications - Bachelor of Commerce degree with relevant cash application experience - Strong understanding of SAP or Oracle Accounts Receivable modules - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent verbal and written communication - Good knowledge of Order To Cash end-to-end processes and basic accounting principles - Proficiency in Excel and ability to navigate PowerBi or similar automated dashboards Why Join Us Genpact is driving AI and digital innovation across industries with cutting-edge solutions.
