Order To Cash Process Associate

Role Overview Join Genpact as an Order To Cash Process Associate and manage critical cash application and receivables processes for global enterprises. You will handle manual cash applications, audit automated processes, and ensure financial integrity across accounts receivable functions. This role offers hands-on experience in end-to-end order to cash operations with opportunities to work on cutting-edge digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities - Perform manual cash application and deduction creation for all receipt types within 24 hours or as per client agreements - Audit automated cash application processes to ensure accuracy and prevent erroneous discounts or negative cash flow impacts - Identify and resolve unidentified cash receipts through thorough research and timely application to appropriate receivables - Make collection calls to customers, follow up on delinquent amounts, and establish payment plans based on customer requirements - Reconcile orders against customer records, validate credits or debits, and coordinate between departments to resolve disputes - Navigate and analyze SAP, Oracle, and PowerBi dashboards to monitor workload and reporting requirements - Remain flexible to work overtime during peak periods, month-end, and year-end closing cycles Required Qualifications - Bachelor of Commerce degree with relevant cash application experience - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in SAP or Oracle Accounts Receivable systems - Advanced Excel skills and ability to navigate PowerBi or automated reporting dashboards - Good understanding of Order to Cash end-to-end processes Why Join Us Genpact is a global technology and services leader driving AI and digital innovation across industries.
