Order To Cash Process Associate

Role Overview Genpact is seeking a skilled Order to Cash Process Associate to manage cash application and receivables processing for global enterprises. This role is critical for ensuring financial integrity and timely cash collection while working with leading clients across industries. You will handle complex receivables transactions, resolve payment discrepancies, and contribute to optimized cash flow management. Key Responsibilities - Process cash application and deduction creation for manual, lock box, and EFT receipts within 24 hours of receipt or as per client agreements - Audit automated cash application processes to maintain financial integrity of receivables and prevent erroneous cash discounts - Identify and research unidentified cash receipts and ensure timely and accurate application to appropriate receivables - Make collection calls to customers, manage payment plans, reconcile orders, and resolve payment disputes between internal departments and clients - Navigate SAP or Oracle Account Receivables systems, analyze customer documentation, and apply problem-solving skills to handle complex payment scenarios - Manage inbound and outbound customer communications, including emailing or mailing invoices, and handle peak period workloads including month-end and year-end closing activities Required Qualifications - Bachelor of Commerce graduate with relevant cash application process experience - Strong communication skills both verbal and written with demonstrated ability to manage customer interactions - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good understanding of Order to Cash end-to-end processes - Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, Excel, and ability to navigate PowerBI or other automated reporting dashboards Why Join Us Join Genpact and work at the cutting edge of AI, automation, and digital transformation while solving real business challenges for global enterprises. - B.COM degree with relevant cash application experience - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Strong analytical skills - Good understanding of Order to Cash end-to-end processes - Proficiency in SAP and Oracle systems - Advanced Excel skills - Ability to navigate PowerBI or other automated reporting dashboards - Problem-solving attitude - Flexibility to work overtime during peak periods and month-end closing - Prior B2B collections, billing, and cash application experience preferred
