Order to Cash Process Associate

Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated Order to Cash Process Associate to join our Finance and Accounting team at our Jaipur office. You will be responsible for managing cash applications, deduction creation, and collections activities for global enterprise clients. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced BPO environment with exposure to advanced financial systems and processes. Key Responsibilities - Process cash application and deduction creation for manual, lock box, and EFT receipts within 24 hours of receipt - Audit automated cash application processes to ensure financial integrity and accuracy of receivables - Identify and research unidentified cash receipts and apply them to appropriate customer accounts - Make collection calls to customers for delinquent amounts and establish payment plans as needed - Reconcile orders to match customer books and validate credits or debits - Handle customer disputes and work cross-functionally to resolve payment-related issues - Navigate SAP or Oracle systems to manage accounts receivable and generate reports using PowerBi or similar tools - Support peak period activities including month-end and year-end closing processes Required Qualifications - Bachelor of Commerce degree with relevant cash application experience - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail - Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, and Excel with ability to use PowerBi or automated reporting dashboards - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Knowledge of Order to Cash end-to-end processes and accounting principles - Ability to work overtime during peak periods and handle high-pressure situations Why Join Us Genpact is a leading technology services and solutions company driving innovation through AI and digital transformation. - Bachelor of Commerce graduate with cash application experience - Strong analytical skills and problem-solving attitude - Proficiency in SAP and Oracle systems - Excel and PowerBi knowledge - Experience with Order to Cash processes - Strong communication skills both verbal and written - Ability to interpret customer documentation - Willingness to work overtime during peak and month-end periods - Experience in B2B collections and billing preferred
