Order to Cash Cash Applications Collections Executive

Role Overview Genpact is seeking a dedicated Order to Cash Cash Applications Collections Executive to join our growing team in Jodhpur. This role is critical to ensuring accurate cash application, maintaining financial integrity, and managing customer collections. You will work on manual and automated cash processes, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong customer relationships while supporting our global enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities - Process cash application and deduction creation for manual, lock box, and EFT receipts within 24 hours of receipt - Audit cash application processes on automated systems to ensure financial integrity and prevent erroneous cash discounts - Identify and research unidentified cash receipts and ensure timely accurate application to appropriate receivables - Make inbound and outbound collection calls to customers and negotiate payment plans based on customer requirements - Reconcile orders to match customer books, including validating credits or debits and resolving customer or internal disputes - Interpret customer documentation and solve complex payment-related issues with strong analytical capabilities - Remain flexible and available for overtime during peak periods, month-end, and year-end closing processes Required Qualifications - Bachelor of Commerce degree with relevant cash application experience - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Comprehensive understanding of Order to Cash end-to-end processes - Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, Excel, and PowerBI or similar automated reporting dashboards Why Join Us Join Genpact and work at the cutting edge of AI, automation, and digital innovation. - B.COM degree with relevant cash application experience - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Order to Cash end-to-end process knowledge - SAP or Oracle Accounts Receivable experience - Excel proficiency - PowerBI or automated dashboard navigation - Prior B2B collections or billing experience preferred - Ability to work flexible hours and overtime during peak periods - Customer service orientation - Invoice reconciliation capabilities - Dispute management skills
