Order to Cash - Cash Applications and Collections Specialist

Role Overview Genpact is seeking an Order to Cash specialist to join our finance operations team in Jodhpur. This role focuses on cash application, collections management, and accounts receivable processes for global enterprises. You will be responsible for processing cash receipts, managing customer collections, and ensuring financial integrity across order-to-cash operations. Key Responsibilities - Process cash applications and deduction creation for manual, lock box and EFT receipts within 24 hours of receipt - Audit automated cash application processes to ensure accuracy and prevent erroneous cash discounts - Identify and research unidentified cash receipts for timely resolution and appropriate application - Make collection calls to customers and provide flexible payment plans based on customer requirements - Reconcile orders with customer books and resolve customer disputes across departments - Navigate SAP or Oracle systems to manage accounts receivable and generate reports using PowerBI - Handle check remittance applications to customer accounts within tight deadlines - Support month-end, year-end, and peak period activities with flexibility for overtime Required Qualifications - Bachelor of Commerce degree with relevant cash application and order-to-cash experience - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in SAP, Oracle and Excel with ability to navigate automated reports and dashboards - Solid understanding of order-to-cash end-to-end processes and accounts receivable principles - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Why Join Us Join Genpact and be part of a transformation leader driving innovation across AI, automation, and digital technologies.
