Non IT Recruiter

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Non IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team at Mphasis. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for BPO, BFSI, and Healthcare positions. You will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to build strong teams that support our company's growth and business objectives. Key Responsibilities - Own end-to-end recruitment for BPO roles including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, coordination, assessment and offer negotiation - Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' technical abilities, interpersonal skills, and career goals - Coordinate technical interview panels and ensure each candidate's skills are properly assessed - Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle - Provide constructive feedback to candidates and guide them through the interview process - Work closely with HR and hiring managers to negotiate job offers and ensure smooth onboarding - Proactively initiate contact with potential candidates and professionally present shortlists to clients Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in any field - 1-4 years of experience as a BPO Recruiter in the service industry - Strong understanding of BPO, BFSI, and Healthcare roles, skills, and terminology - Familiarity with sourcing techniques including Boolean searches and online networking - Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills - Results-driven attitude with ability to meet recruitment targets and deadlines - Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle offer discussions - Well organized, presentable, and confident demeanor - Good client interaction skills Why Join Us Join Mphasis and become part of a leading IT Services and Consulting company.
