Job Description

Role Overview Join our customer support team as a Voice Customer Care Executive where you will handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails. You will be responsible for responding to customer queries within defined service level agreements while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for graduate freshers with strong communication skills to build a career in customer service. Key Responsibilities - Respond to customer queries via inbound and outbound calls and emails within defined SLAs - Record interactions using client systems with proper classification and documentation - Refer to knowledge base and perform tasks as per defined process guidelines - Follow up and ensure closure of interactions to maintain customer satisfaction - Demonstrate passion for customer service and maintain quality standards Required Qualifications - Any graduate degree - Fluent in spoken and written English with neutral accent - Graduate fresher with excellent communication skills and basic insurance knowledge - Intermediate level computer and MS Office proficiency - Active listening and analytical skills Why Join Us Work with Mphasis, a leading IT services and consulting company, and gain valuable experience in customer service excellence.
