Role Overview This is a transaction processing role within our Capital Market operations team supporting US banking clients. You will handle various banking transactions, ensure compliance with process guidelines, and maintain accurate documentation. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in rotational shifts including night shifts. Key Responsibilities - Handle transaction processing activities for Capital Market operations and validate financial and banking transactions - Review transactions for accuracy and ensure compliance with all process guidelines and client requirements - Maintain comprehensive reports and documentation as per client specifications and regulatory standards - Work on trade settlements, reconciliations, and data processing while coordinating with internal teams for issue resolution Required Qualifications - Any graduation degree is mandatory - Minimum 6 months of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Capital Markets - Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with 95% accuracy - Knowledge of transaction processing, settlements, and reconciliations is required Why Join Us Join Mphasis and work with leading US banking clients on meaningful capital market operations.
