Job Description

Role Overview Fresenius Medical Care is looking for a skilled Manager in Third Party Due Diligence to join its Global Compliance team in Bengaluru. This is a mid-senior level full-time role focused on driving the maturity of the Global Compliance Program and ensuring robust third-party compliance standards across the organisation. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in compliance operations, due diligence methodologies, and cross-functional stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities - Drive continuous improvement of the Global Compliance Program including policies, procedures, controls, training frameworks, and governance mechanisms - Lead global implementation and operationalisation of compliance initiatives covering due diligence methodologies, compliance tools, and training programs - Monitor and interpret evolving regulatory requirements, enforcement trends, and industry best practices related to third-party compliance - Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Procurement, Business, and regional teams to ensure consistent application of TPDD standards globally - Analyse operational data, KPIs, and workflow trends to identify opportunities for process optimisation and improved turnaround times - Lead and support strategic TPDD projects including automation initiatives, system enhancements, and scalable compliance solutions - Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and management updates to track operational performance, risks, and program effectiveness - Support stakeholder escalations, high-risk case management, and complex due diligence reviews with sound compliance guidance - Contribute to audit readiness activities and support remediation arising from internal reviews and compliance assessments Required Qualifications - Demonstrated experience in compliance, third-party due diligence, or a related legal and compliance function - Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, anti-corruption frameworks, and global compliance best practices - Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and engage senior stakeholders effectively - Experience with compliance technology tools, reporting dashboards, and process improvement methodologies - Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills - Ability to handle high-risk and complex due diligence cases with sound judgement Why Join Us Fresenius Medical Care is a global leader in kidney care and healthcare services, offering a collaborative and purpose-driven work environment.
