Language Trainer

Role Overview We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic Language Trainers with excellent communication skills and strong command of the English language. The ideal candidate will train and mentor learners on various aspects of spoken and written English while creating an engaging and professional learning environment. Freshers with exceptional communication skills and strong academic foundation in English are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities - Conduct training sessions on spoken and written English covering subject-verb agreement, grammar, phonetics, articulation, and pronunciation - Train learners on sounds, speech patterns, vocabulary, and sentence construction - Assess learners language proficiency and provide constructive feedback to support their development - Design and deliver interactive learning activities and exercises tailored to learner needs - Monitor learner progress, maintain training reports, and adapt methodologies based on requirements - Create a positive and motivating classroom environment that encourages participation - Stay updated with modern training techniques and language-learning methodologies Required Qualifications - C1 level proficiency in English is mandatory - Strong understanding of English language concepts including grammar, phonetics, articulation, pronunciation, and accent development - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities - Graduation in any discipline - Ability to engage, manage, and mentor learners effectively in a fast-paced environment
