TGT Kannada Teacher

Role Overview WisdomWood High is seeking a passionate TGT Kannada Teacher to teach Kannada literature, language, and grammar in Bengaluru. In this role, you will deliver curriculum in alignment with CBSE guidelines, develop students' language proficiency, and prepare them for board examinations. You will foster an engaging and interactive learning environment while keeping parents updated on student progress. Key Responsibilities - Teach Kannada literature, poetry, grammar, and writing skills to assigned classes in line with CBSE standards. - Develop structured lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and test papers to check student progress. - Evaluate assignments, grade exams, and provide constructive feedback to support academic development. - Prepare students for board exams through revision, paper analysis, and targeted training. - Maintain classroom discipline, organize literary activities, and communicate with parents during meetings. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Kannada (BA Kannada) with excellent academic records. - Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree is mandatory. - Minimum 2 to 5 years of teaching experience at the secondary or senior secondary level. - Excellent Kannada communication skills, functional English, and proficiency in digital teaching tools. - Google Certified Educator Level 1 and 2 certifications, or willingness to obtain them within 60 days of joining.
