You will design and deliver high-impact lessons in accounting, finance, and business management to prepare students for top corporate roles. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and deliver engaging commerce-related classes, workshops, and bootcamps. - Create comprehensive lesson plans and learning materials aligned with modern industry requirements. - Mentor students, clarify academic doubts, conduct regular assessments, and provide constructive feedback. - Collaborate with content and academic teams to update curriculum and training methodologies. - Maintain accurate student records, progress reports, and lesson logs to track development. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline. - Strong subject-matter expertise in accounting, finance, economics, and business management. - Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to simplify complex concepts. - Comfort with using digital teaching tools and online learning management platforms. - Prior experience in placement training, test preparation, or coaching is highly preferred.
