International Voice Process Executive

Role Overview Sutherland is actively hiring International Voice Process Executives for its Chennai operations. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity suited for candidates with prior international voice experience who can join immediately. The role involves handling real-time inbound and outbound international voice calls in a fast-paced BPO environment. Key Responsibilities - Handle real-time international voice calls with professionalism and accuracy - Deliver excellent customer service and resolve queries efficiently during rotational night shifts - Maintain communication quality standards as assessed through voice evaluation rounds - Adhere to a 5-day work week schedule with rotational shift timings Required Qualifications - Any undergraduate degree from a recognised university - Minimum 6 months of prior experience in an international voice process - Excellent verbal communication skills in English - Ability to join within 15 days or immediately - Willingness to work predominantly in night shifts Why Join Us Sutherland offers a competitive CTC ranging from 2.25 to 3.5 LPA based on experience, along with two-way cab facility available up to 25 km from the office.
