Job Description

Role Overview Sutherland is hiring motivated individuals for its International Voice Process team in Kochi. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls from international clients across regions such as the United States and Australia, providing timely product, service, and technical support. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build a strong career in the BPO and customer service industry with a globally recognised organisation. Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound international voice calls from customers based in the US, Australia, and other regions - Provide accurate product information, service support, and technical assistance to resolve customer queries - Maintain a professional and empathetic communication approach throughout every customer interaction - Meet individual and team performance targets including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores - Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system Required Qualifications - Graduates and undergraduates are both eligible to apply - Excellent verbal communication skills in English are mandatory - Prior experience in customer handling or a voice process role is preferred but not compulsory - Willingness to work from the office and adapt to night shift schedules - Basic computer proficiency and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us Sutherland offers an attractive salary package along with a structured five-day work week giving you two days off to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Requirements
