Job Description

Role Overview Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is seeking a Learning & Development Delivery Specialist for a remote-based role in Bengaluru. You will design and facilitate training programs covering sales, leadership, technical topics, and professional skills. This role involves assessing the impact of learning initiatives and collaborating with global business units to adapt programs for diverse learner groups. Key Responsibilities - Deliver company-based training programs that support critical business goals and change management - Plan, schedule, and lead specialized training sessions for individual contributors and managers - Partner with Centers of Expertise and business segments to localize and tailor learning delivery - Utilize diverse learning technologies to create engaging, virtual, and hybrid learning environments - Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions and adjust methods to different learning styles Required Qualifications - 3-6 years of experience in training delivery, with 2-4 years in presentation and facilitation - Deep understanding of learning methodologies, instructional design, and LMS administration - Exceptional public presentation, cultural awareness, and communication skills - Proven ability to simplify complex technical concepts and apply them to business situations - University degree or equivalent professional experience Why Join Us At Hewlett Packard Enterprise, you will enjoy a flexible work environment that values inclusion and personal well-being. Requirements

- 3 to 6 years of experience in corporate training delivery - 2 to 4 years of presentation, facilitation, and consulting experience - Strong knowledge of instructional design, training methodologies, and learning platforms (e.g., Saba LMS) - Exceptional communication, active listening, and change management skills - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience (advanced degree preferred)
