HR Service Delivery New Associate

Role Overview Accenture is looking for a motivated HR Service Delivery New Associate to join its Workforce Administration team. In this role, you will process employee service requests, manage HR transactions across the employee lifecycle, and collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to deliver accurate and timely HR support. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates looking to build a career in HR operations and BPO service delivery. Key Responsibilities - Read, understand, and analyze client processes in line with defined business rules and execute them accurately as a hands-on processor - Handle end-to-end onboarding formalities and administer people movement and benefits-related process steps - Update client applications promptly and accurately following the relevant user guides and standard operating procedures - Maintain the security and confidentiality of all client data at all times - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team leads or subject matter experts when required - Understand and comply with relevant HR legislation and Accenture's internal processes and working methods - Monitor existing performance metrics and propose improvements to make measurement more effective and transparent - Identify anomalies in process documentation or local work instructions and flag them to the SME or team lead - Contribute process improvement ideas that reduce turnaround time, enhance accuracy, or strengthen controls - Participate actively in team-building activities and maintain a collaborative work environment Required Qualifications - Any graduate degree from a recognised institution - Prior BPO or HR service delivery experience is an added advantage - Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is preferred - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English - Good organisational and prioritisation abilities with a detail-oriented and results-driven approach - Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a passion for delivering excellent customer service - Multicultural awareness and ability to work effectively as part of a team - Willingness to work in rotational night shifts aligned to US business hours Why Join Us Accenture is a globally recognised leader in IT services and consulting, offering structured career growth, a collaborative work culture, and exposure to large-scale HR operations for international clients.
