HR Service Delivery Associate

Role Overview This position focuses on delivering comprehensive employee organization data management services, managing the complete employee lifecycle from hire to retire. You will execute critical HR administrative processes while ensuring accuracy, maintaining system integrity, and supporting client operations through professional service delivery and continuous process optimization. Key Responsibilities - Execute and manage employee organizational data processes accurately and timely, including new hires, exits, and job changes following established work instructions and business rules - Analyze client processes, identify anomalies, and escalate complex issues to subject matter experts while proposing root cause analysis and corrective actions - Maintain and update process metrics and management information systems on a daily basis, ensuring transparency and effectiveness in measurement frameworks - Update client applications and HR systems accurately while managing client conference calls when required and ensuring all data transactions maintain the highest confidentiality standards Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in any discipline with one to three years of business experience in employee organization data management - Strong command of written and verbal English language with excellent attention to detail and quality focus - Knowledge of employee organization data management processes including new hires, exits, and job changes with familiarity with MS Office and Excel Why Join Us Accenture is a global professional services company with leading capabilities in digital, cloud, and security, serving clients in more than 120 countries.
