HR Recruiter

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team at Hexaware Technologies in Chennai. This role focuses on managing the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interview coordination, offer negotiations, and candidate management. You will be responsible for identifying and hiring top talent across various roles and processes. Key Responsibilities - Execute end-to-end recruitment processes from job posting to candidate onboarding - Source and screen candidates for lateral hiring positions and international voice process roles - Coordinate interviews, manage scheduling, and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers - Negotiate offers and manage salary discussions with candidates - Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs - Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress Required Qualifications - Minimum 1 year of hands-on hiring and recruitment experience - Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes - Mandatory experience in lateral hiring - Experience hiring for international voice process roles - Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and offer negotiations - Any graduate degree Why Join Us Join Hexaware Technologies, a leading BPO and IT services company with a strong reputation in the industry.
