Role Overview
UPS, a Fortune Global 500 company, is looking for a GBS Preferred Customer Associate to deliver dedicated, one-to-one customer service for its Preferred accounts. In this role, you will take complete ownership of customer concerns from the first point of contact through to full resolution, ensuring a seamless and professional experience at every step. Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalised customer service support exclusively for UPS Preferred accounts
- Analyse, investigate, and resolve customer issues including tracing inquiries and claims
- Take end-to-end ownership of customer situations and ensure timely resolution through follow-ups and outbound calls when necessary
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams including Billing, Delivery Information, and Operations
- Document customer interactions and escalate complex cases as required
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or an internationally recognised equivalent
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and analytical thinking
- Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to handle multiple customer concerns with professionalism and attention to detail
