Intermediate Application Developer - Node.JS CIAM

Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain CIAM solutions using platforms such as Auth0 or similar identity providers - Implement and configure authentication and authorization flows including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, and MFA - Integrate CIAM platforms seamlessly with web, mobile, and API-based applications - Customize user registration, login, password management, and consent workflows to meet business and compliance needs - Collaborate with security, product, and development teams to ensure CIAM compliance with privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA - Troubleshoot identity-related issues and provide support during incident response scenarios - Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements for better scalability and security - Develop and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures for identity systems Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience - 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in software development with a focus on CIAM or identity and access management - Strong knowledge of identity protocols including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, and SCIM - Experience working with CIAM platforms such as Auth0, Okta, ForgeRock, or Ping Identity - Proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or Python for CIAM integration tasks - Familiarity with cloud environments including AWS, Azure, or GCP and CI/CD pipeline practices - Experience with RESTful APIs, Webhooks, microservices architecture, and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes - Certifications in identity management or cloud security such as Certified Identity and Access Manager or AWS Certified Security are a plus Why Join Us At UPS, you will be part of a globally recognized organization that values equal opportunity, inclusive workplaces, and professional development at every stage of your career.
