Job Description

Role Overview UPS is hiring a GBS Preferred Customer Associate to deliver a personalised, one-to-one service experience for its high-value Preferred accounts. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with one of the world's leading Fortune Global 500 logistics organisations, offering a rewarding culture and clear career growth. You will take complete ownership of customer situations from the first point of contact through to final resolution, ensuring every interaction reflects the UPS commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities - Deliver dedicated customer support to UPS Preferred accounts by handling queries, tracing requests, and claims inquiries end to end - Analyse and resolve account-level issues promptly, maintaining full ownership until each case is closed - Build and sustain strong working relationships with internal teams including Billing, Delivery Information, and Operations - Make proactive outbound calls and follow-ups to keep customers informed about the status of their cases - Document interactions accurately and escalate complex issues through the appropriate internal channels Required Qualifications - High school diploma, GED, or an internationally recognised equivalent qualification - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English - Proven problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset - Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory - Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us UPS offers a diverse and inclusive workplace that is free from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, where every employee is empowered to grow. Requirements

- High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent - Strong oral and written communication skills - Strong problem-solving skills - Customer service experience (preferred) - Ability to handle tracing and claims inquiries - Comfortable making outbound calls and follow-ups
