GBS Preferred Customer Associate

Role Overview UPS is hiring a GBS Preferred Customer Associate to deliver a personalised, one-to-one service experience for its high-value Preferred accounts. You will take complete ownership of customer situations from the first point of contact through to final resolution, ensuring every interaction reflects the UPS commitment to excellence.
