Role Overview
UPS is hiring a GBS Preferred Customer Associate to deliver personalised, one-on-one service to its high-value Preferred accounts. In this full-time role, you will be the primary point of contact for resolving customer issues, managing tracing inquiries, and handling claims from start to finish. You will own each customer interaction through to resolution, including follow-ups and outbound calling when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated customer support to UPS Preferred accounts, ensuring a smooth and satisfying service experience
- Analyse account issues and resolve them efficiently by coordinating with internal teams such as Billing, Delivery Information, and Operations
- Handle tracing requests and claims inquiries, maintaining complete ownership until the issue is fully resolved
- Make outbound calls and conduct follow-ups to keep customers informed about the status of their concerns
- Build and sustain strong working relationships with cross-functional internal departments
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or an internationally recognised equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Solid problem-solving ability with attention to detail
- Prior customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to handle multiple customer interactions professionally and calmly

Requirements
