GBS Preferred Customer Associate

Role Overview UPS is looking for a dedicated GBS Preferred Customer Associate to deliver personalised, high-quality support to UPS Preferred accounts. This is a full-time opportunity with one of the world's top 500 companies, ideal for candidates who are passionate about customer service and problem resolution. You will own customer issues end-to-end, ensuring timely and satisfactory outcomes for every interaction.
