Role Overview
UPS, a Fortune Global 500 company, is hiring a GBS Preferred Customer Associate to deliver a personalised, end-to-end service experience for its high-value Preferred accounts. You will be the single point of contact for resolving customer concerns, managing tracing and claims inquiries, and ensuring every issue is followed through to a satisfactory resolution. Key Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated one-to-one customer service support for UPS Preferred accounts
- Analyse and resolve account-related issues including tracing requests and claims inquiries
- Maintain complete ownership of customer situations from initial contact through final resolution
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
- Build and sustain strong working relationships with internal teams such as Billing, Delivery Information, and Operations
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or internationally recognised equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory

Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage customer situations end-to-end
- Experience in customer service (preferred)
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with customers
- Ability to coordinate with internal cross-functional teams
