Job Description

Role Overview UPS is looking for a dedicated GBS Preferred Customer Associate to deliver a personalised, one-on-one service experience for its Preferred accounts in Chennai. You will take complete ownership of customer situations and drive them through to resolution. Key Responsibilities - Provide end-to-end customer service support exclusively for UPS Preferred accounts - Analyse and resolve account-level issues including tracing inquiries and claims management - Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal departments such as Billing, Delivery Information, and Operations - Manage follow-ups proactively and make outbound calls to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns - Take full ownership of each customer interaction until a satisfactory outcome is achieved Required Qualifications - High school diploma, GED, or an internationally recognised equivalent - Strong oral and written communication skills in English - Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset - Prior customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory - Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer situations simultaneously Why Join Us At UPS, you will be part of a globally respected organisation that champions equal opportunity, fair treatment, and an inclusive workplace culture. Requirements
