Role Overview
UPS is hiring a GBS Preferred Customer Associate to deliver dedicated, one-to-one customer service support for UPS Preferred accounts. This is an excellent opportunity to join a Fortune Global 500 company and build a rewarding career in customer relationship management. You will be the primary point of contact for resolving account issues and ensuring customer satisfaction from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalised customer service support exclusively for UPS Preferred accounts
- Analyse, investigate, and resolve customer queries related to tracing, claims, and account issues
- Take complete ownership of customer situations and follow through until full resolution
- Conduct proactive outbound calls as needed to keep customers informed and satisfied
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal departments such as Billing, Delivery Information, and Operations
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent academic qualification
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Solid problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to manage multiple customer interactions professionally and efficiently
