Job Description

Role Overview UPS, a Fortune Global 500 company, is looking for a GBS Preferred Customer Associate to deliver a dedicated, one-to-one service experience for its valued Preferred accounts. In this role, you will take complete ownership of customer issues from the moment they are raised until they are fully resolved, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience at every step. Key Responsibilities - Provide personalised customer service support exclusively for UPS Preferred accounts - Analyse, investigate, and resolve customer issues including tracing inquiries and claims - Manage customer situations end-to-end, including timely follow-ups and outbound calls as needed - Build and sustain strong working relationships with internal teams such as Billing, Delivery Information, and Operations - Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure quick and accurate resolution of Preferred account concerns Required Qualifications - High school diploma, GED, or an internationally recognised equivalent - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English - Solid problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset - Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory - Ability to manage multiple customer interactions with ownership and accountability Why Join Us At UPS, you will be part of a culture that values your growth, rewards your efforts, and empowers you to perform at your best every day. Requirements

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification - Strong oral and written communication skills - Effective problem-solving and analytical skills - Customer service experience preferred - Ability to handle end-to-end customer issue resolution - Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting follow-ups
