GBS Preferred Customer Associate

In this role, you will take complete ownership of customer issues from the moment they are raised until they are fully resolved, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience at every step. Key Responsibilities - Provide personalised customer service support exclusively for UPS Preferred accounts - Analyse, investigate, and resolve customer issues including tracing inquiries and claims - Manage customer situations end-to-end, including timely follow-ups and outbound calls as needed - Build and sustain strong working relationships with internal teams such as Billing, Delivery Information, and Operations - Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure quick and accurate resolution of Preferred account concerns Required Qualifications - High school diploma, GED, or an internationally recognised equivalent - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English - Solid problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset - Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory - Ability to manage multiple customer interactions with ownership and accountability Why Join Us At UPS, you will be part of a culture that values your growth, rewards your efforts, and empowers you to perform at your best every day.
