GBS Preferred Customer Associate

Role Overview UPS, a Fortune Global 500 company, is looking for a GBS Preferred Customer Associate to join its Global Business Services team in Chennai. In this role, you will be the dedicated point of contact for UPS Preferred accounts, ensuring a seamless and personalised customer service experience. You will be responsible for resolving issues, handling inquiries, and following through on customer concerns until full resolution.
