GBS Preferred Customer Associate

Role Overview UPS, a Fortune Global 500 company, is looking for a GBS Preferred Customer Associate to join its growing team in Chennai. This role is focused on delivering a dedicated one-to-one customer service experience for UPS Preferred accounts, ensuring prompt resolution of customer concerns and maintaining high satisfaction standards. Key Responsibilities - Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams including Billing, Delivery Information, and Operations - Analyse and resolve issues related to Preferred accounts in a timely and professional manner - Handle tracing and claims inquiries with accuracy and ownership - Make outbound follow-up calls to ensure complete resolution of customer concerns - Maintain end-to-end ownership of customer situations until fully resolved Required Qualifications - High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities - Prior customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory Why Join Us At UPS, you will be part of a globally recognized organization that values innovation, teamwork, and personal growth.
