GBS Preferred Customer Associate

Role Overview UPS is looking for a dedicated GBS Preferred Customer Associate to deliver a personalised, one-on-one service experience for its high-priority Preferred accounts. This is a full-time entry-level opportunity within one of the world's top 500 companies, offering you a chance to grow within a globally recognised logistics organisation. You will be responsible for resolving customer issues end-to-end and ensuring complete ownership of each case until resolution. Key Responsibilities - Provide one-to-one customer service support exclusively for UPS Preferred accounts - Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve account-related problems including tracing and claim inquiries - Maintain full ownership of customer situations from initiation through to resolution - Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction - Build and maintain effective relationships with internal departments such as Billing, Delivery Information, and Operations Required Qualifications - High school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities - Prior customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory Why Join Us At UPS, we foster an inclusive, equitable, and supportive work environment where every individual has an equal opportunity to thrive.
