Finance & Accounting Specialist - Accounts Payable, Record to Report, Order to Cash

Key Responsibilities - Process invoices, manage payments, and provide resolutions for discrepancies while ensuring accuracy and timely release for payment - Perform month-end close activities, prepare financial statements, and handle balance sheet account reconciliations - Manage accounts receivable, post daily receipts, and identify customer remittance discrepancies and short payments - Demonstrate expertise in 3-way match, non-PO invoicing, utilities processing, and invoice auditing - Utilize SAP, Navision, or other ERP systems for transaction processing and financial reporting Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in B.Com, BBA, or MBA from a recognized institution - 2 to 10 years of proven experience in Accounts Payable, Record to Report, or Order to Cash processes - Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Navision - Experience with accounts payable processes, invoice processing, and payment handling - Proficiency in financial reporting, month-end close procedures, and accounts reconciliation Why Join Us Genpact offers a dynamic work environment focused on transformation, learning, and career growth. - 2 to 10 years experience in Finance and Accounting - B.Com, BBA, or MBA qualification required - Expertise in Accounts Payable, Record to Report, or Order to Cash processes - Knowledge of SAP, Navision, or other ERP systems - Experience with invoice processing and payment processing - Understanding of 3-way match and non-PO invoicing - Experience in accounts receivable and collections management - Proficiency in month-end close and financial reporting - Strong knowledge of accounts reconciliation and balance sheet management - Cash application and billing experience - Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
